حذفت صورة بالغلط، كيف أرجعها؟

كل المحذوفات تروح «المحذوفة مؤخراً» في تطبيق الصور وتبقى ٣٠ يوماً: افتح الصور › الألبومات › المحذوفة مؤخراً، اختر الصورة واضغط «استرداد».

حذفت صور بس المساحة ما زادت؟

المساحة تتحرر لما يتفرّغ ألبوم «المحذوفة مؤخراً». لتحريرها الحين: الصور › الألبومات › المحذوفة مؤخراً › تحديد › حذف الكل.

اشتريت وما تفعّل عندي، أو غيّرت جوالي

افتح «PureRoll» › الإعدادات › استعادة المشتريات، بنفس حساب Apple اللي اشتريت فيه. الشراء يشمل عائلتك عبر المشاركة العائلية.

هل صوري تطلع من جوالي؟

لا. كل التحليل داخل جهازك، بدون خوادم ولا حسابات. اقرأ سياسة الخصوصية.

I deleted a photo by mistake. How do I get it back?

Everything you delete goes to Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days: open Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted, pick the photo and tap Recover.

I deleted photos but didn't get space back

The space is freed once Recently Deleted is emptied. To free it now: Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted › Select › Delete All.

I bought the unlock but it isn't active, or I changed phones

Open PureRoll › Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. The purchase is shared with your family through Family Sharing.

Do my photos leave my phone?

No. All analysis happens on your device, with no servers and no accounts. Read the Privacy Policy.
